DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS: 

We will work with you to ensure that you are able to download the product.  If for some reason that is impossible, the purchase price will be refunded.

SERVICES (including COACHING):

There are no refunds issued for coaching services or packages that have already been delivered.

Single Coaching Sessions: (not part of a package) must be cancelled at least 72 hours PRIOR to the appointment date and time to receive a refund.  Alternatively, they may be rescheduled for a more convenient time and date.  Single Coaching Sessions cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment time will NOT be refunded, but may also be rescheduled to a more convenient time and date.

Monthly Coaching Packages (paid monthly):  There are no refunds for unused portions of any monthly coaching package.  Appointments may be rescheduled with 72 hours notice  (unless there is an extreme emergency where shorter notice is understandable and unavoidable.)

Monthly Coaching Packages (paid in advance): It is understood that Clients who have paid in advance received the value of reduced monthly rate as a reward for paying in advance for all of their sessions.  

Clients may receive a portion of their paid-in-advance payment if they provide two weeks written notice with a request stating the reason for terminating the coaching process. The unused portion of the original payment will be refunded pro rata at the MONTHLY PAYMENT price.  (For example -- as of 1/1/09 pay-by-the-month rates are $750.00/mo.  Three month and six month packages have been priced at a REDUCED monthly rate when paid IN FULL IN ADVANCE.  If a Client terminates the package before the term, the Client forfeits the reduced monthly rate and the standard monthly rate then applies for the sessions that have been received plus the two weeks notice.)
